Federeopticos is one of the main actors in the optical sector of Spain. The marketing team commissioned us to identify, in the earlier version of his store, the main brakes to generate sales. Our objective was to implement the first sprint of quick adjustments – Quick wins- without having to modify in-depth the e-commerce platform.

We perform an analysis-oriented to the usability of the site. We review the purchase processes, to redefine the general narrative and, without having to modify the logic already defined, detect the foci of the frustration of the user and establish an improvement strategy.
