One breakpoint, two states: desktop and mobile.
A single breakpoint because every additional one multiplies the states that have to be designed, built and maintained; with a small team running several sites, each one is debt. Prose runs at 90ch because at 65ch body sentences at 18px kept breaking apart.
The breakpoint is Tailwind's md (768px).
